Upon receiving an item, you have 7 calendar days to return it. A return is only allowed if the item is unopened and in the same condition as when it was received. A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the item. The item must be in its original packaging.


Should any of our products not meet the high standard you expect, we will gladly refund it or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set forth below.

  • cannot procure products: a reasonable timeframe of 7-10 days should be allowed from the date of authorization. 
  • Upon arrival, products were faulty and unrepairable. 
  • During deliveries, products are lost. 
  • A product can’t be repaired. 
  • No Return if you have opened the product , but if the bottle or jar is still sealed we do return. 
  • A refund for a product purchased under a promotional offer will be governed by its termsPackage offers or “Buy One Get One Free”: In this case, you will have to return all the items in the offer. 
  • Upon receiving the returned product and conducting a quality check, the refund settlement will be processed, this usually takes between 4-5 days. Once the refund settlement is completed, the refund will be processed within 2 business days. It is possible that a refund will not appear on your account until the next statement cycle is issued by your bank. 
  • The delivery charge will be refunded in full if the product received is faulty / damaged and all items of your order are returned together. If you keep some of the products, we will retain the remaining delivery charge. 
  • For any items that are subject to a refund under the stated conditions, you must keep their complete packaging and inner packaging intact. We will not consider an exchange or refund without it. 


After we receive your returned product and approves it, your refund will be applied to the same payment method that you used originally and will be credited on the next billing cycle. Additionally, promotional offers that include free or discounted goods must also be returned. Restocking fees may be charged if the product does not fully comply with our policy.

If a refund is due, it will only be issued by the original payment method.
